Cannot Find Licence Key Email/download Link

G'day.

I recently bought downloaded and used BDTS 2012.

I suspected it of slowing down my system, (which I later found out to not be the case), so I uninstalled it.

I'm now wanting to reinstall BD.

My issue is that I cannot find the email containing my licence key, nor the download link for the relevant files.

Btw, i cannot see any licence keys in My BD, so this is all making for a very frustrating process.

Is there any way that admin can track down these details, and re-email them to me?

When you re-install or repair your Bitdefender, the registration information is not lost and still stored in registry.

You can login to "https://my.bitdefender.com/" and check you registration information.
