Safego Status Not Reported

Using Total Security 2012, my Security Center reports that Safego for Twitter is not activated. I activated it several days ago from my.bitdefender.com, and logging into my Twitter account confirms the app is allowed. For some reason, Bitdefender on my Windows 7 x64 system is not monitoring it. I posted today in the Safebox subforum that my Security Center also can't login to my Safebox, which I've also activated online. Could these 2 problems be related to some communication issue between my BD client in Windows and the cloud services?
