Bd Is 2012 Firewall - Trusted Connection Issues

Having a number of customers advising that after restarting there computer the firewall blocks all access to the internet when investigating finding that the network adapter loses its 'trusted" status.

This was an issue in 2011 and 2 files were being replaced - could you please advise if this could be used to resolve this issue again in 2012

I have tried to reproduce the situation on several configurations and all the settings were kept after restart.
