[resolved] Lost Password To Change Bitdefender Settings

Hello.


I have lost the password for the offline use of my Bitdefender, so I cannot change the settings (like enable "on-access scanning").


Is there a way to retrieve it from my Bitdefender account or something? I need it to fix a "critical issue".
