Internet 2012 Security Installation

Hello, Please let me join the queue,

I have update my PC to 2012 internet security no problem and running trouble free.

When I did the same for my Laptop I got all the usual messages from from Microsoft about unauthorised changes and " You might be using counterfeit software.

I did a safe start and took off Bitdefender then reinstalled total, crash no control at all, I had to go back to factory settings ( Pre installed software ) now if I try to down load Bitdefender I get you need service pack 2, which I down load only to be told I need service pack 1 which I down load only to be told Service pack 1 is running.

So now I am stumped.

I was running Vista home premium, and Bitdefender 2010 has been fine. But not any more

I guess now I have a software problem and try to sort that first.
