New Malware I Cant Remove It With Bitdefender

this Malware appeared in (yemen) we cant deal with it

it starts up with windows and appears like flash photo on desktop and on C drive the picture in the Malware for our president with bad text about him

it move to all removal drivers like flash disk and memory cards

its as 2 hidden files with this names:

Autorun.inf

skin.exe

and the processes name : Winintial.exe

Its in the attachment please help to remove it
