Firewall Blocks Apple Airport Utility

I have to disable my firewall in order to access my Apple Airport utility, how do I configure the firewall correctly to fix this problem?

Yes I've made these settings+ rebooted and it still won't let me access Airprt Utility unless I disable the firewall!?

I have the same problem as this post except with the new bitdefender, I changed all the settings you suggested and still cannot access my Airport Extreme. If I turn off the BitDefender Firewall it works just fine, any other thoughts or suggestions? I am running the newest version of BitDefender
