[resolved] Internet Security 2012 Issues

Hi there, i bought BD IS 2012 and i have had a lot of problems with it. Another day i opened event viewer (I'm using Windows 7 64bits SP1) and I see in the tab Security this error in Audit failure with this message:

Code Integrity determined that the page hashes of an image file are not valid. The file could be improperly signed without page hashes or corrupt due to unauthorized modification. The invalid hashes could indicate a potential disk device error.

File Name: \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2012\Active Virus Control\Avc3_00148_003\avcuf64.dll

And also the IDS dont work, i put it on agressive mode for testing and never had errors, and i bought de IS 2012 a lot of months ago

And finaly, recently i've repaired that the parental control in the tab Events in Bitdefender ever blocks the sites that i open with the event network access requested --- bloqued

I reinstaled correctly a lot of times, repaired and formated my pc and nothing to solve that issue. What should i do?

Note: I made the repair in the software a hour ago and now i was trying to activate the AVC it doesnt switch to on. What is this???

Apologies for the delay, but we only have one Tech Support Mod. here, Christian, and you happen to catch Bitdefender during their recent release of their 2013 beta, so I thinks he's trying to work both departments and is probably under a heavy work load.

I've instaled BDIS 2013 two days ago, but i had another issue, i cant play a game online with the suite 2013 instaled on my PC, and i downgraded to 2012, after this the game runs normally. I will wait a bit to upgrade again thanks

I was trying to play #### 12 online, after i've installed BDIS 2013 the game freezes and crashes when I start the game, and the game and BD 2013 and Origin from EA games was updated. I've turned game mode ON also OFF for tests

When I make a clean install of BD 2012 the game runs normally

I liked a lot the new release (2013), but beyond this game issue, the AVC still not working.

Have you tried to put the game to exclusions?

What error do you received from AVC?

And i didnt exclude the game, just turned game mode on

OK, I uninstalled IS 2012 and intalled 2013 again, if I have another issue i will post in the BDIS 2013 forum
