Messenger And Bitdefender 2012

Hi, I have installed Bitdefender 2012 total security and since then I havent been able to use messenger as it keeps crashing all the time. I wonder if anyone can help me with this.

I'm using the 2013 version and today that happen's to me... I have disable the encription and didn't work... Any solution?
