Help Me Please
hello everyone i would much appreciate it if someone could help me
now this is wats happening
i scan my computer with bitdifender and it finds a rootkit with 74 infections but
it cant delete it or move it 2 quarintine
i have to unhide it however that appears 2 do nothing
could someone please help me as i dont know what to do
also i have this wierd virus thing or something that when i open internet explorer
a critical system error warning comes up saying
trojen.Win32.obfuscater or something if infecting my system however it doesnt say what program foudn this or anything i think it is a virus it asks me to download a antivirus
it happens everytime i opena new page in internet explorer its really quite annoying can someone please help me

From your description, I have a slight idea what malware you have, but I need to be sure.
Also, could you attach the log of the BD scan?

Hello,
Follow the following steps:
1) Download and use FixIEDef. I suggest you to restart your PC in SafeMode before using this tool.
2) Download SUPERAntiSPyware, update it and make a full system scan. Let it fix everything it finds
3) Download and use RogueRemover
4) Make another scan with BitDefender
5) Make another scan with HijackThis! and post the log

ok i have completed all the steps u have told me.
Some spyware and other Virus' have been deleted and that annoying ie virus is gone.
however i did another scan with bitdiffender and it found the rootkit and the infections again
also it found a games arcade malware that couldn't be deleted
they dont let me do anything with these files please help

The HijackThis! log is clean.
To delete the Adware detected by BitDefender:
1) Disable BD Realtime Protection
2) right click on My Computer -> Properties -> System Restore
3) Enable Turn off System Restore on all drives
4) Click Apply (This should delete system restore points, including the infected file)
5) Disable Turn off System Restore on all drives
6) Click Apply
7) Re-enable BitDefender Realtime Protection
About the detected rootkits...I don't know how to handle them.
