I installed BD TS from the post you referenced, but I didn't see the 64 bit installation kit.. Nothing seems to be missing from what I did install though..
Hopefully there will be a 64 bit release shortly..
That link installs X64...at least for me. I installed IS.
I used the link to install TS, maybe I am missing something as I dont see that it shows 64 bit. What it shows for me is the following:
Product Information: Bitdefender Total Security 2013-
Build: 16.16.0.1348
Virus signatures: 7328663
Engine Version 7.42741
Is that the 64 bit version? I remember for TS 2012 that they had a seperate link to download and install the 64 bit version of it..
I think all you have to do to check is go to: C: > Program Files. If you see Bit Defender folder in there, it should be 64-bit version. I could be be wrong, but that's how I usually check.
Alternatively, you can open the Task Manager ([alt]+[ctrl]+[del]). 32-bit applications have a *32 next to their names.

That's online installation. It's automatically install x86 or x64 version.

Do you have Service Pack 1 installed on that system?
If not, please install it from here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/installwindows7sp1
Reboot and run again the installation kit.

Hi.Service Pack 1 is installed. There is no problem install BIS 2012. Only on 2013.
