[resolved] How To Uninstall Bitdefender 2013?

I installed Bitdefender Total Security 2013. I want to completely uninstall it. I tried to use BitDefender Uninstall Tool from here: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/How-to-...fender-333.html but that tool doesn't support Bitdefender 2013 so it can't be completely removed. Now how can I completely unintall Bitdefender? When the uninstall tool will support the 2013 version of Bitdefender?

Swapping between BitDefender 2012 and 2013 using the usual uninstall method has worked fine for me... are you having issues using that?

Until then, please uninstall the software from Control Panel.

The uninstall tool was created to run automatically and will detect any traces of the product. I have a scenario for you: if you uninstall the product from Control Panel and for some reasons, you have some registry keys that were not deleted, the product basically is not installed and the Uninstall Tool will search for all known locations and clean automatically all the leftovers.

Our products are modular, basically if we remove some modules from Bitdefender Total Security , Internet Security is "born" and the same thing for Antivirus Plus.

That's why, when running the uninstall tool, it will look for all products in the system and if they are not installed or corrupted for some reasons, it will clean all the leftovers.

Only PERFECT UNINSTALLER can solve this problem. You can get it from Perfect Uninstaller Download Link. Don't forget mark check box SHOW WINDOWS INSTALLER. Find BitDefender installer and then uninstall it.

I recommend you go step by step as below steps:

1. Uninstall BitDefender Total Security 2013 by BitDefender Uninstall Tool and restart your PC.

2. Clean your PC by CCleaner. Choose CLEANER and REGISTRY for cleaning.

3. Remove last BitDefender DLL file from system32/drivers by RUNSCANNER. Type BitDefender in related filter box and press FILTER. Find and mark it by double click, then fix it from the option ITEM FIXER.

4. Run PERFECT UNINSTALLER. Mark SHOW WINDOWS INSTALLER, find BitDefender Installer and then uninstall it.
