I can not install BitDefender Internet Security has 2013 xp pack 3, a message has to wander stepfather

....she asked to launch as administrator .. then connection error

Are you administrator on that PC?

As you can see from the message, that seems to be the issue.

Have you tried to create a new administrator account and try again? Maybe you Windows profile is corrupted.

I think you are logged on to the account having name "onizoka" which may be a limited user account. You have to Log on to administrator account and then try to install with offline installation kit otherwise try to locate that folder "RarSFX0" and delete it by unlocker tool and try again.
