i used the rescue component after a scan found some objects, now it is first boot option at startup, how do i remove it? Or dod i need to edit the boot ini myself?

Have you properly rebooted the PC from Rescue Mode using the restart button?
Did you entered in Windows and rebooted one more time the PC?
