Sandbox Not Working!

As the title says, Sandbox, located in the Bitdefender browser toolbar, does not work. Practically, there's just an useless button right now. Please fix, it sounds useful, but I never got the chance of using it, neither with the 2012 product, as it was not working there either..

    Hi...Just tried mine and its not working either. Was working fine yesterday. Guess I'll try the repair tool again. Seems like I have to use the repair tool everyday. Fixes one problem..creates another. I'm afraid to uninstall. Tried that shortly after installing TS 2013 because of all the bugs. Got half way thru the uninstall and computer crashed. When it came up again I had no internet connection among other things. Finally gave up and reinstalled OS. Many hours wasted. Getting fed up with this. Someone on these forums once said that people who use Bitdefender are just looking for a hobby. I believe he was right. Good luck with your problem.

    I'm using Google Chrome v20.0.1132.47, also I have tried Mozilla Firefox v13.0.1, but didn't work on it either..


    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Build 6.1.7601, SP1

    Have you upgraded to Bitdefender 2013 Final from the Beta version or an older product? If so, please reinstall the product. Use the uninstall tool to remove the current product( for Bitdefender 2013 use this uninstall tool http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35804, for older products this one http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall), reboot and reinstall the product by following these instructions:

    Thank you Christian! I truly used BTS 2013 BETA and uninstalled it with the old tool, which actually made some additional problems, but that was mentioned in another topic in this forum (no internet access when uninstalled). Now, I have uninstalled my BIS 2013 with the new tool, rebooted and installed it again and now Sandbox is working like a charm. Also I have noticed a performance improvement. Maybe the unproper removal/installation of the program caused additional issues to my system, which now are no longer a tread.
