"exclusions For File" And "scan"

I have three comments for Bitdefender Internet Security 2013:

-"Exclusions for file":

Turn on or off "Exclusions for file" is very easy. It's not protected by my password. So, I hope later version it will protected by password.

"Scan in Bitdefender:"

I must re-enter my password for my files (*.rar) every scan (Contextual Scan mode).

"System scan" mode skipped files protected by password although I entered my password in Contextual Scan mode. I think Bitdefender must remember it . I feel a little dissatisfied when I see report of Bitdefender after scanning with warn It skipped protected by password <img class=" />

"My Bitdefender": I start Bitdefender from desktop, then click "MyBitdefender"-> select "Account Settings" or "Dashboard" or "Parental Control" and then I easy to login My Bitdefender and change settings. Which is unsafe. How to solve it?

Thanks for watching,

Regards.

    Hi :)

    Thank you for your feedback.

The exclusions is not considered a critical module in Bitdefender and that's why is not protected by the password. I will consider this a request and forward it to our developers.

For the password protected files, there's no need to enter the password. Even if a malware file is in the archive, it will be detected when you will unpack it.

Regarding My Bitdefender, you can always uncheck the option and the credentials won't be remembered.

    Thank you!

I think the exclusions is important module because anyone allows to turn off it and then Bitdefender may delete my data.

About "Scan Bitdefender": I agree with you. However, I don't like see warn of Bitdefender as It skipped files protected by password (because It make confused for amateur user). I think everything will better if the warning is only appeared when I press "Show log".

About "My Bitdefender": Anyone may check that option easily (because It's not protected by password) and then they login to My Bitdefedner.

    thanks,

    Regards.

    Hello :)

If you use a shared PC, everyone should have a user in Windows. Only administrators can change settings in Bitdefender.

For the Exclusions and My Bitdefender zones, I have escalated the issue to our developers.

We will see if those sections can be password protected.

Thank you very much for your feedback!
