Firewall Defaults And Deep Scanning.
Hello, Just got Bitdefender 2013 total security and i have to issue.
First on the main windows of bitdefender it only offer me to system and quick scan, but how i do a complete full deep scan of all?
Also under firewall on General rules i was messing with it since and i change it, how i make reset only the general rules to default?

adding 3 more issues:
after installing total security 2013 teamspeak process is not closing right, i close it but the icon stay on the right cornet and i have to closed the process using ctrl alt del
Also i dont use Safebox and each time i delete the safebox shortcut on desktop or documents folder it appears again how i disable it. I already set sync to off :S
a third issue i may add is that not even with bitdefender 2012 i had such an slow down on things, not even other security software even thought after i installed TS2013 it says is taking less resources, games are taking longer to load and other programs too. In all my security software i set setting to aggressive first time i am noticing this.0 -
adding 2 more issues:
Even thought i disabled auto scan with permanent option it reminds me every time shutdown that i have it disable.
Pc went black, stayed on had to turn it off from the main switch. never happened before.
I hope i get an answer for each issue and my specs are:
windows 7 64 bit nvidia gtx 480 card and x6 3.4 ghz cpu0 -

Missing here also. I was first tried Total Security 2013 evaluation, it was there and did deep scan. But now with Internet Security 2013 it is not there.0 -

You have a lot of serious problems with BDIS 2013. Maybe a simple thing like a repair can solve most of your problems? This is the link for the repair of BD 2013:

Safebox - I'm not so sure it can be completely removed from the desktop, but you can try this: -administrative tools<services<chose safebox and than right click<properties<chose disable<apply<ok

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.18.0.1406(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
