Inaccurate Firewall Information

I am writing on behalf of my friend. He has Bitdefender TS 2013 and today, the IDS has blocked some program. SOME because in firewall events there is no the location of blocked file... And the user has the option to allow the operation of the program, but does not know which program...

Please navigate here C:\ProgramData\BitDefender\Desktop\Events\events.db and pack that file in an archive and send me a PM with it.

Also, include the logs from your machine.

I need to check the content of that database(the one that stores the Events). All the events that are posted in the main interface are stored there. Maybe the path/name is too long to be displayed.

I will know more after I will read the content of that file.
