Bitdefender Can't Detect My Local Viruses !

I have A bad NEWS... I always Updates my BITdefender But My computer still Infected By VIRUS... ######!!! ###### !!
My folder and My Files Has LOST ! My Folder Become HIDDEN...
As Information I Use BITDEFENDER antivirus 2008
I Live In Indonesia, Many Local Viruses In My Country... Such as "Pendekar Blank". This Virus Make My Folder Become Hidden And The Folder Option Has LOST!
The latest local viruses In My country is " Virus Glodok " , " WORM32......" It become popular. All The Antivirus i've try to clean it.... But Same... Fail. BITDEFENDER IS NO.1 In world but not NO.1 in My Country because many local viruses which BIT can't HAndle...
PLEASE To The BITDEFENDER CORP. UPDATE your local antivirus database!!! and help me now

First of all, please try to understand that full-proof protection doesn't exist. There is no security solution that offers 100% detection and protection against all malware out there. It's virtually impossible, because everyday appear hundreds, maybe thousands new malware.
However, BitDefender Virus Analysts try to do whatever they can so that BitDefender detects as many malware as possible. If you provide at least a sample of a virus that you have, it can be studied and detection will be added for future protection.
So:
- if you know that a certain file is infected (or at least you suspect it to be infected) and BitDefender doesn't react to it, please put it in a ZIP file, protected by the password infected and attach the archive to your next post.
- if you know you have a virus, but don't know what files are infected, please download HijackThis!, install it, make a scan and attach here the log file. But don't try to fix anything if you don't know what you're doing. I (or someone else) will take a look at your log and tell you what to fix.
