[resolved] Problem With Uninstallation

Hello.


Today, I try to uninstall BDIS 2013 from control panel.


The uninstall process was normal until reached 50 %, where blocked...after 15 minutes, still at 50 %.


What could happen ? :wacko:

    Ah-ha, my uninstallation was stuck at 65%


    I tried the uninstall tool, which didn't do it's job:

    Hi mitza97 :)


    Please navigate to C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2013 and look for a file called bitdefenderuninstalltool.exe. Copy that file on your Desktop. Right click on it and select Run as administrator.


    Wait for the process to finish and reboot your PC.


    After this, reinstall the product by following these steps:
