2 Urgent Huge Problems!

Even thought i post several problems i am having with the new total security i am having one urgent problem and ended giving me some other problems. After some days of trial use bitdefender turned red and it said on access scan got disable and i hit auto fix and it says failed. Did a full reinstall and it keeps happening, also i had 90 days of promotion free trial and after reinstall i have 25~...

I am having the same problem with the On Access Scanning. Mine was showing disabled, but after an update and reboot...it was enabled. Now it is in Custom Mode and when take it out of custom mode and try to move the slider up and down...there is no slider and green coloring to let you choose a mode.

-Reboot

-Run Unistall Tool

This won't fix the subscription problem though. Make sure you run the Uninstall Tool.

Also i just confirmed after various isp test and doing latency test to most servers i use... after installing ts 2013 the ping/latency is 30 ms more than usual. Check this with my server, with the league of legends game server and speed test server tests. With lol i always had 80~ now i have 110+, with my web provider i used to have 30~ now i have 55+

Actually the reinstall steps are these:

Use the uninstall tool posted here: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35804

Follow the steps from here to install the English version: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...f=312&id=53

Regarding the promotion from Facebook, you can install it on a machine just once, even after using the uninstall tool, you can not use the same key on that same machine(the key is embedded in that promotional kit).
