"fatal Error" During Bitdefender Internet Security Install

I recently uninstalled Bitdefender. However, when trying to re-install it keeps loading and then stops at either 49% or like 70ish% and then tells me that a Fatal Error occurred while trying to install. I read up on the Forum and found a couple things to try and fix. I tried going into the properties and unlocking the program then restarting...Same error...I tried the uninstaller ran it as admin and then restarted....same error. I tried updating windows updates...updated, restarted and still same error. I even tried disabling UAC's, Disabling windows firewall but, the all giving me the same error. At this point i'm extremely frustrated. It shouldn't be this hard to install a silly antivirus... Anyone else have a suggestion?
