Firewall Is Blocking Cuteftp Pro After Allowing

can someone help me i cannot connect to my server via cuteftp pro using ftps.I allowed cute ftp in firewall but it still blocks it from connecting i uninstalled bitdefender 2013 and cuteftp pro works then but as soon as i install bitdefender again it doesnt.


also why cant we have a right click context menu on the tray icon that disables the protection sometimes i need to trouble shoot and i rather not keep uninstalling the bitdefender.A lot of people want this other security suites let you do it we are adults anyway my main concern is getting cuteftp working.
