Forum Access Issues

When I try to access the forums from my home ISP (Shaw cable Canada) I get a message saying the menu is disabled and that I am not allowed to access the forums (from the Bitdefender page). Using the same login and accessing from my work ISP I can login and access all the forums. Do you have some specific ISP IP addresses blacklisted?
