Where Are Bitdef Support On These Forums?

Once again I am querying where the Bit Defender support staff on these forums - the last post I can find from support staff is four days ago - amidst a host of problems from the users?


Customer support is not a priority it seems.


If you are going to provide a forum within the company then the least you can do is monitor it and respond to the problems.

    Christian the Tech Support Engineer told me to upgrade from IS 2012 to 2013 so I did, and now I seem to have even more problems and even LESS support.

  • Bitdefender is a great product but their support ###### big time

  • I did the following check:


    went to members list, started looking for members whose name begins with a, b, c.... and filtered by "Technical support".


    You'll find that there are several members "Technical support" with very few posts, only few "Technical support" members seem to be active. Dunno what to say..... frustrating.....

    Thanks, but it does not work on my Sony Vaio 64 bits laptop.


    If I do it from the product, the Support Tool starts but is doing almost nothing, creating a folder on desktop and "sleeping" at beginning forever.


    If I use the standalone Support Tool, it goes almost to the end but is unable to create the final zip file and sleeps forever.


    No problem under 32bits.
