Weekly for Bitdefender 2013 was compiled and you can now update Bitdefender 2013 offline.
For 32 bit systems:
http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/bi.../x86/weekly.exe
For 64 bit system:
http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/bi.../x64/weekly.exe
All the offline updates are compiled each week on Friday night and the links are the same.

Just run that file and follow the instructions. The new definitions will be integrated by the tool in your product.
