Bitdefender And Bandwidth

I installed Bitdefender IS 2013 and it has the same problem that happened to me earlier, the band width is at maximum without me downloading anything.

Anyway, this happened after I updated Internet download manager to the latest build. Before everything was fine.

I hope this help fix the problem that is still from the 2010 version

Sorry, I'm a little confused. Your BW is at maximum if you're not downloading anything? That should be perfectly normal.

Are you sure that Windows has not downloading updates in the background?

Our product is permanently connected with the cloud servers, but the traffic exchange is minimum.

Same problem here: nothing is downloading (download managers, browsers closed, checked windows update and no updates available)

When I use Process Hacker to view running processes and one of Bitdefender's namely 'vsserv.exe' has about the same I/O total rate as my maximum download speed.
