Help With Removing Malware
Hello,
I have gone through and removed all known malware and spyware that I could find through add/remove programs. I have one that I can't remove because the uninstall failed that is Outerinfo. I am also getting this error.
"A potential problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown buggy application to prevent damage to your computer. ***WXYZ.Sys- Address F7310AE at C00000, Date Stamp 36b072A3. Kernel Debugger using: COM (port 0x28f, Baud Rate 192000)"
I used to get a kernel 1256 error at start up but this has not happened since I did the cleaning that I have done. I have gotten as far as I can and now I need the experts help. I have downloaded combofix and hijack this because I know those are two programs that you guys use to analyze data. Please help me with this issue. I know its the weekend and the holidays are coming up so I will be patient and hopefully we can get this fixed ASAP.
