my safebox shows full 100%
i'm having the same issue, my safebox shows full 100% but there are no folders or files in it since i deleted everything. i also had to unsync the folder. please advise me on how to fix that problem.

the safebox issue is solved but now the safego feature does not display twitter or facebook reports, and i have no answer to my request to retrieve deleted files.Please help me with that will you.0 -

You can see all the files in My Bitdefender.
If you want to redownload all the files locally, you will have to turn on Auto Sync.
Please take a look in the user guide:
