Disappointed At Bitdefender 2008

I'm using the BitDefender about 2 years, but I feel very disappointed, because they never to confront their product problem, the Vsserv Problem In Bitdefender Internet Security 2008 to persecute me 2 month...

search... hanging... restart computer...go to hotmail...hanging...restart computer...

you can search at this fourm or the web site, never see how to solve the problem!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait, to waste time, I will change to use other anti-virus software.

BitDefender... Goodbye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no answer to give you to your problems. I post only to tell you that I agree with the fact that bitdefender is not doing anything to resolve thier problems, and from what I am getting from them, they don't care what problems you have once you have bought thier product. They have our money and now they turn deaf ears to the problems they created.
