Bitdefender 2012 Printing On Pages

I have noticed this just recently.

Whenever I print out a page from a web site, I get random additional print across my page that reads, "Bitdefender 2012". When it prints this, it actually cuts out or covers up whatever I am printing.

I can't seem to locate what can be causing this.

I am running Win7 Ultimate 64bit, and the printer is a HP Photosmart.

Any clues?

Welcome to the forums!

Please right click on BitDefender icon from system tray(the "B" icon) and choose "Show". In the main window, click on "Settings". From the advanced interface, click on Privacy Control module and select the Antiphishing tab.

Please turn off Show Bitdefender toolbar and close your browser.

Let me know if everything is OK now.

After you finish printing, please undo the changes.

Same problem in BD 2013. Tool bar is off and I'm using Firefox.

Maybe an issue on secure websites?
