Problem: My licence key is not working on Total Security 2013 (Purchased Total Security 2012).


Reply from support: In order to install the new version all you need to do is download the Indian


Bitdefender 2013 installer corresponding to your current product and to use


the same license key, as follows:

My problem, i have 2 laptops and 1 PC, my internet connection is very slow. So, installing the online download version to all three computers is a really hard thing. Can you please give an "OFFLINE INSTALLER" of Total Security 2013 Indian Version?

    After that if you have still a problem with your license key, please send feedback and Christian from the technical support will solve that issue.


    NOTE: i couldn't find offline installation kit for Indian version :)

    I'm already using the english version. But, key is not working!!!!

    How i resolved my issue?


    1. Un-installed total security 2013.


    2. Installed total security 2012 from my purchased disk.


    3. Activated my key in total security 2012.


    4. Un-installed total security 2012.


    5. Installed total security 2013.


    Now showing, the key is registered!


    Thanks to me!!!!


    Really sad with the support.


    Reasons:


    1. No response to forum posts.


    2. Giving wrong information through mail. (Support team said me to download en-in version of total security 2013 to activate my key, and gave me link to download total security 2013 en-in version, unfortunately its not en-in version! Its en-us version of total security 2012 version.!!


    But I'm 100% satisfied with your "PRODUCT"

    Hi akhilaniyan :)


    Unfortunatly you caught Bitdefender forum support on the cusp of behind the scenes tweeks to the newer 2013 version. We have an excellent Tech Support mod here, Christian, who also reads submitted log files to make those needed improvements, he also, is the one who can clear up thses type of issues you experienced.


    I'm sure once some of the dust settles, things will go a little better with follow support from us all.

    Fully agree with Columbo.


    BD 2013 may have some youth problems, but I do like it!


    And Christian is a great support!
