Manage Game List

I use BD AV plus 2013. It has a Game Mode On function.

I can't find the Game List though.

Where is it?

Game Mode is more of a function, than a manager (i.e. lists and names etc.) of how Bitdefender responds when Game Mode is enabled by right clicking they system tray icon, or enabling automatic Game Mode in: Settings/General/Game Mode

There is not a game list visible in the product and you can not add a game manually there.
