I tried Bitdefender for around 30 days now and am pleased with this programm. So yesterday i decided to buy Bitdefender Sphere from the Belgian Eptimum website, but now comes the problem part. During registration i used a wrong email adress (i now a very stupid mistake) and before i noticed this the payment was already done. So now i didn't received the order confirmation and am not able to update the programm. Can someone please help me? I send them yesterday an email with the explication, but had not an answer, i'm afraid my money is lost.


Another problem is that my trial version ends tomorrow, so my pc will not longer be protected.
