Firewall Is Blocking Download Managers.

Since last update yesterday bitdefender firewall is not allowing IDM and DAP to download anything. However Firefox is able to download. I also created application rule to allow IDMan.exe and rebooted but still its not working. Please help me to fix this. Thanks in advance.
