Bitdefender 2013

Hi,

Bought Bitdefender yesterday, tried to install 3 times.

Today tried again 3 times - no luck, did uninstall previous antivirus software, still no luck.

Says it cannot install drivers.

then says it cannot finish installation.

PLEASE, can anyone help me on this as I am getting totally frustrated.

OS: Windows XP 32-bit.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

I just cannot install Btdefender on my computer, comes up'cannot install on this machine'

Please put in place to refund as this is the third day and tenth time of trying to install.

Bitdefender 2013 can be installed on Windows XP only if you have Service Pack 3 Final installed and an administrator account.

Your PC meets these requirements?
