[resolved] Failed To Updade To 2013 From 2012

Having same update problem using 2012 internet security.

Followed the link above doing the update. It didn't auto-retrived my key, and I can't register with my 2012 key.

When I try to register with my key, it says you are all set, but I'm still in trail version.

What do I do now.

And I can't login with my 2012 email address and password. I guess I have to register for 2013 again.

Thanks, I have successfully upgrade to 2013 from 2012.

Uninstall 2012, reboot, clear registry, reboot(optional), install 2013

My problem is the registry, it doesn't allow me to register my key with 2013. All you have to do is to clear the registry. Hope it helps with people with same problems.
