What A Buggy Support Web Page!

Guys, you have a major problem with your Website. I've already logged a ticket when trying to renew my license, that was because my existing license key is "Invalid" even though I cut/paste it from the My Bitdefender Products portal page.


So now I go to submit a ticket via the links supplied in the Portal and it dumps me to http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html


Guess what, that won't take my license key either. So I go into Chat and wait awhile. Unfortunately nobody answers so I get dumped to an E-Mail Form and fill it out.


That form at least will take my license key wonder of wonders and I submit the problem.


A few minutes later I get an e-mail from support@bitdefender.com with the following text:


In order to improve our response time to our customers, we have implemented a new and improved online support contact form. To access this form, please visit http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html .You will see that the department 'Support' is already selected, so all you need to do is select the product that you use.

Does anybody see a circular logic problem here!??!


So now no message saying "Thank you for submitting your ticket #12312123" five, I get the e-mail equivalent of "you messed up, use the broken form you're trying to report please"


So what was the original issue? Parental Controls not working, so I reported that via the Bitdefender Menu option on the PC but I'm still sitting here after 20 minutes while a sysdump finishes to generate all the schmarblefarby necessary to send in with the issue.
