[won't Implement] User Customized Scan Tasks

The settings of all the Scan Tasks Device Detection Scan, Full System Scan and Quick Scan etc should be customized by the users i.e the settings are user selectable, also there is an option for default settings.

The predefined scanning profiles will remain with the default settings.
