I've had nothing but problems since I "upgraded" to Bitdefender Internet Security 2013. Suddenly, when I do a full system scan, my PC has Malware which cannot be cleaned. I have submmited four trouble tickets in the past week and none of them have been responded to. I've used the "Chat" option but they just refer the problem to the "Malware Department" which doesn't respond to the ticket. Don't know what to do at this point...
