3 Crashes In The Last 2 Days

I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 running on my computer with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. In the last two days, I have had bitdefender services crash on me three times, one even generating a bluescreen error (screencap of info attached). I don't remember what I was doing the first time the crash occurred, the second time I was opening a tab in Firefox Beta (v. 15.0), and the bluescreen came when I was simply typing a message in Skype.
