Bd Ts 2013 Services Not Responding
Dear All,
Hi, I have a problem with bitdefender TS 2013 which is all services specially parental service and virus scan are not responding and every time I restart my pc the same thinoccurre again. I did contact the support team from more than a week ago and they asked me to use the support tools and send them the files back which I did and until now I didn't get any reply from them thats drive me crazy the link for the support files are listed below:

I already tried that before and it didn't help then I removed the whole software then reinstall it again once I update and reboot the problem appears again.0 -

To Explain more what I did before I post to this forum:
- first I tried to repair from start menu under bitdefender TS2013, then I removed it using Uninstall tool for 2013 not the old one. then restarted my pc then I used ccleaner as described for another issue then restart again and Installed it again all was fine as I can see then once the update finish and require me to reboot after that all services are not responding.
so please if you could examine the support files your support team asked me too and tell me what's wrong.
P.S. I removed it now and I'm using a free antivirus softwareMicrosoftrosoft and my PC working much better.0 -

In order to be able to properly identify the causes for the reported situation and find a solution we will need to investigate a bit deeper.
Please follow the steps below and send us the result:
a ) Go to this page
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx and download the autoruns file.
b ) Extract the contents of the downloaded file and run the 'autoruns.exe' file;
c ) Wait for the list to be filled with all the processes and then make sure that you have the Everything tab selected in the upper part;
d ) Click on the Disk icon right under File and chose any location folder on your computer;
e ) Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then send me a PM with it.
If the file is too big to attach it, upload it on
or
and send me a PM with the download link.
We will analyze the information you sent and then reply with a possible solution in the shortest time.

Since you have reinstalled the product, please regenerate some new logs and send them via PM so I can analyze them.

I send You the link for support files. I hope you could examine them as soon as possible. meanwhile I can't use My PC with this lag so I removed again bitdefender TS 2013 and I will use other protection until the issue get fix. Thank You!0 -

In the new logs I have found a new security solution installed and back then Bitdefender was also installed.
I will send you further instructions via PM.
After removing that solution, Bitdefender should work properly.

the same Issue still exist. I removed the forefront tmg client which I use only for troubleshooting at my company ( I work as Senior System Administrator ) and again installed the bitdefender after that then once the new version took place the services are not responding again the only forefront product I have right now is the management console of TMG 2010 which I'm very sure it will not cause any problem with any software.
This is really become very annoying to me. also as I reported to you before at mybitdefent.com website I saw the same PC more than 6 times. with those kind of problems I'm very sure I will never renew such a software.0 -

I can't remove management console of my work also I'm very sure like i was sure about forefront tmg client it's not conflict with bitdefender at all since i had those software beside it before I'm still waiting for another solution after your support team review my log files I sent to you. Or maybe another version. Or refund since i can work without bitdefender not without my work tools.0 -

I guess there is no other thing i could do. I really start to think after reviewing your forum that the rate for your software is wrong alot of people has the same issue with no good respond to them the same thing always to try remove and reinstall and so on. I will never use your software again or recommend it after my license expires I will try to use your previous version as your support member asked me since i can't get refund because of your 30 days policy until my license expires. really disappointed. Thank you for your time which i'm very sure that I will not waste in the near future any more.0 -

That console is part of another security product that is incompatible with Bitdefender. You can not run more than one security product on the system in the same time.
