Take Proper Action For Auto Pilot Mode & Prompt For Action For User Mode

I've another idea that the for the RTP, "Take Proper Action" should be available only for Auto Pilot Mode and when we switched to User Mode the option changes to "Prompt for Action", while the Prompt for Action option should be available for all Scan Tasks already suggested.
