Very Specific Firewall Rule Question
Options
I want an application to allow all incoming traffic and deny all outgoing traffic except outbound connections to Port 4070. I failed creating this firewall setting using the Bitdefender Firewall. 
Is there any way to do this?

Welcome to the forums!
You will have to create a firewall rule like here:
http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=36066
and block the outgoing traffic. The firewall will close then all the ports for that application.
