Installation Problems

I installed Bitdefender 2013 at the end of the installation an error message reading "Windows cannot find c:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bidefender 2013\seccenter.exe" I have repaired, uninstalled but the problem persists. The Bitdefender program is on the list of programs but I can not open it, whenever I try I keep getting the same error message. Please help
