[escalated] Open Ticket List On The Portal!
Right now when you open tickets, you get e-mails back and forth from the support team. Can this be integrated into a support page on the my.bitdefender.com portal? Can we also get the support forms to integrate with that portal so your license key information etc flows with it?
I'd like to be able to see a list of open/closed tickets that I have, current status and dates opened and closed.
