[resolved] On-access Scanning & Update Issues

Hello to everyone. Today, in Bitdefender panel, appeared these 2 issues to be fixed: i) On-access scaning is disabled & ii) No update has been performed. I tried to fix them but the first issue failed and I can not update the program (see screenshots). I also can not run a full or quick system scan. Using free Malwarebytes, I ran a full system scan with no findings.


OS: Windows XP SP3 fully Updated


Bitdefender Internet Security 2012
