Unable To Sync Succesfully From Pc
Hi All,
Is there anyway to view the upload logs for the SafeBox Sync? (I can see BDLOGS on C: however no logs are in it)
I currently have Total Security 2013 installed (installed this morning) and I am having troubles with setting up a SafeBox sync.
I have removed the default folder and created my own on a different drive:
The folder has a little BitDefender icon, so I assume it has accepted the folder:
However each time I try and sync or it tries to auto sync I am given an Event error with zero information in it as to why, only the files that have failed (ranging from .rar, .jpeg and .kdbx)
I can upload files to Safebox via the website.
I have tried the Firewall settings in Bitdefender on Aggressive and Normal. There is no other Firewall on this PC, nor anything that should block it.
Any info greatly appreciated.

After a few updates last night and a reboot this morning, I am still unable to sync from the folder I created.
However the SafeBox folder from the desktop I unsync'd and deleted before came back and upon placing a file in there, I could Sync from it.
Atleast it'll do for now, although having the shortcut there is far too easy to get to =/0 -
Looks like a recent update has resolved this.
