Tech. Support Respone To Update Issue

I just thought I would make it easier for all of us to see this response, and not have to dig for it in the other threads.


Glen used Online Chat to communicate with Tech Support. Kudos to Glen who thought to take action to find out for us what they say is going on: This is the link, and below is the post: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=156255


I spoke to Tech Support and they said they have only 1 server and are applying maintenance to it. They said it could be Monday before it is done and it was planned.........
