Midway-scan Error Msg - Auto Pilot ###### Dwn ...bdts-2012

here is the issue i need help with ...plz
That about halfway thru or at some point(randomly) the SCANNER will STOP and a MSG is generated
"BD AV SCANNER HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR IF PROBLEM PERSIST PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BD REP - CONTACT DETAILS AVAILABLE IN ABOUT SECTION IN SYSTEM TRAY MENU - YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT BD CUSTOMER CARE AT BD WEB SITE"
Been struggling with this for the past little while ...apparently had this BDTS on this machine for over a year and never encountered such message prompt - wonder if UPDATES disturbed the settings or what?
I have run a cpl times with INTERNET disconnected/disabled...
Also the SAVE LOG Tab/button is missing from the interface module but it only show when SCANNER run in QUICK SCAN MODE that is working fine?
Additionally every so often the AUTO PILOT will turn itself OFF / disappear and need to be activated manually thatb has never been the case either since install of this BDTS 2012?
Ant resolutioons to address the issue will be much appreciated...thanks ahead..
Oh there were issues with UPDATES dl/chk elements going in loop n never endin issue this past cpl dayz but appear to have stabalize that part for now?
